Welcome to The Sauna Drop

A small wood fired sauna in Stroud.

A place to slow down, sweat and leave feeling lighter.

Shared sessions capped at 5.

Private sessions for up to 7.

For now the saunas home will be in Brimscombe in Stroud, at the Lower Mills just past the Long Table.

Book an hour in our shared sessions or alternatively, book the whole sauna out for you and your friends!

Once we have this whole system figured out we will be taking the sauna all over. Public Spaces, private events and beautiful vistas! watch this space….

Remember to bring:

  • 2x towels, one for sitting one for drying

  • Flip flops or sliders

  • Swimwear (sorry no nudity)

  • If you want to bring toiletries for our cold shower please only use 100%natural products

  • Please remove any metal jewellery, it gets hot!
